STANTON — The Stanton Vikings lost to Nishnabotna on Thursday night in Farragut, 10-0.
Stanton had one hit off of Kaleb Kahue, who also struck out 15 Viking batters.

VILLISCA — The Villisca Blue Jays softball team lost last Wednesday to Walnut High School, 8-4, in Villisca.
Villisca gave up four runs in the seventh inning.
RED OAK — The Red Oak Tigers softball team lost Thursday night in a doubleheader against the Harlan Cyclones.
Red Oak lost the first game 2-0 and the second one 6-1.
RED OAK— The Red Oak Tigers defeated Corning on Friday night, 8-7, at Parent’s Night.
The game was made up from June 17, when the game was postponed due to rain.
