UPDATE: Sports Calendar: April 14

UPDATE: The Southwest Valley girls tennis meet at Clarinda has been postponed. It will be made up May 11.

We have a lot on the calendar for this Tuesday. Here's a look at some of the events going on around the area:

The big track meet takes place at Griswold as the girls team hosts their meet. Red Oak, Essex and Southwest Valley are all scheduled to be at the meet, which starts at 5 p.m. at Griswold High School.

The East Mills girls track team will be competing elsewhere for Tuesday as they are headed to Council Bluffs at Lewis Central High School. The meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

The big meet in golf Tuesday will be the Mustang Tournament, which takes place at the American Legion Country Club in Shenandoah. The tournament features Red Oak, Southwest Valley and East Mills. The 18-hole tournament will start at 1:30 p.m.

In tennis action, the Red Oak boys team will be on the road as they face Audubon. The meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

Both Southwest Valley tennis teams will be in action, but at different locations. The boys will be home, while the girls go on the road as the taems face Clarinda. The meets start at 4:30 p.m.
