YMCA to offer Zumba and “Member Free Tennis”
The next session of Zumba Classes being offered through the Montgomery County Family YMCA has started.
Classes this session are being held Mondays from 4:30-5:30 p.m. and on Wednesdays from 5- 6 p.m. in the Washington Elementary School gymnasium.
Washington School is located southeast of the intersection of N. Broad St. and W. Coolbaugh St. in Red Oak.
This session of classes will run through Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Zumba is an adult dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. It includes both cardio and resistance training components designed to tone and sculpt the entire body. Zumba is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels.

Member Free Tennis
The Montgomery County Family YMCA will once again be offering “Member Free Tennis” on Sunday afternoons beginning Nov. 10.
Two tennis courts will be set aside each Sunday afternoon from 4–6 p.m. to allow Y members the opportunity to play tennis at no charge.
Members may only reserve court time for half an hour at the front desk on Sunday afternoons. YMCA members may have a non-member play with them but the non-member will have to pay a small fee.
“Member Free Tennis” will continue through March 30, 2014.
