Woman arrested for stabbing husband

RED OAK — A Red Oak woman is in jail after allegedly stabbing her husband during a domestic dispute Saturday night.
According to the Red Oak Police Department, officers arrested Jennifer Sue Alvarado, 27, at her residence in the 500 block of E. Coolbaugh.
Alvarado is accused of repeatedly attempting to stab her husband. While deflecting once such attempt, he suffered a non-life threatening cut to his right hand, which was treated at Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.
Alvarado was taken into custody on charges of aggravated domestic assault, and is currently in custody in the Montgomery County jail in lieu of $2,000 bond.
