Stephanie Leonard, 60

Stephanie Larson Leonard, 60, Phoenix, died Feb. 5, 2014, at home.

Stephanie was born April 15, 1953, to Harold and Eloise (Larkin) Larson April 15, 1953, in Red Oak. The family moved to Creston where she attended school, graduating in May 1971.

She married in November 1971, to which one child, Angela Lynn Leonard, was born. Stephanie graduated nursing school from SWCC in 1999. She worked for a time at the old clinic and hospital before moving to the Phoenix area. There, she worked at Spectra Eye Institute and Barnet Delaney Eye Institute.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold C. Larson, and grandfather, Clarence Larkin.

Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Angela (Mark) Herrod and granddaughter, Lorelei, of Creston; her mother, Eloise Larson, of Peoria, Ariz.; grandmother, Edith Larkin, of Peoria; brothers, Scott (Kathy) Larson, of Carson, and Eric (Ric) (Mary) Larson, of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Kristy (Kevin) Lapcheske, of Peoria; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She will be missed by many friends and her significant other, Kamron A. Zizzi.
