Red Oak alumn Terri Reichert gives commencement speech

Terri T. Reichert , a member of Phi Alpha, a national Honor Society for  Social Workers, and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society for scholarship and professionalism, delivered the North Carolina State University commencement address  Saturday, Dec. 17. 

Reichert graduated Suma Cum Laude from Red Oak High School in 1986 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in 1993, majoring in Psychology. While attending Kansas State, Reichert was a member of Psi Chi, the national Honor Society in Psychology. 

Reichert has continued to pursue her education and recently completed coursework at North Carolina State University, earning her Master of Social Work degree.

She plans to continue work on public policy in child welfare while furthering her education.
