ACCIDENTS
• On June 19, at 2:51 p.m., Red Oak Police officers investigated a multiple car accident in the 700 block of Broadway. Richard Clark, 79, Red Oak, driving a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up, was traveling south on Broadway when his vehicle crossed two lanes and went across the sidewalk into the Kum & Go parking lot, where it struck two legally parked vehicles, a 2001 Ford Focus and 2015 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up. Damage to the Clark vehicle was about $5,000, damage to the Focus was about $4,000, and damage to the second pick-up was about $2,000. According to the report, it is believed Clark had a medical incident. Clark was cited for driving on the wrong side of the highway.
