Luis Ramos-Estrada, 77, Red Oak, passed away on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Methodist-Jennie Edmundson Hospital, Council Bluffs.
Luis Ramos-Estrada, the son of Martin Ramos Estrada and Agustina Estrada-Maciel, was born March 19, 1949, at Las Ranas, Michoacan, Mexico.
Luis was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Juan Manuel Ramos-Saldana.
Luis is survived by his wife, Maria Guadalupe Ramos; sons, Jorge Ramos-Saldana, Jose Manuel Ramos-Saldana, Salvador Ramos-Saldana, Jaime Ramos-Saldana, Pedro Ramos-Saldana, Javier Ramos-Saldana, Gilberto Ramos-Saldana and daughter, Marissa Ramos-Saldana; and 20 grandchildren.

Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Red Oak.
Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak. Memorials may be directed to the family.
