Janice Peterson, 94

Janice G. Peterson, 94, Stanton, passed away Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, at Arlington Place in Red Oak.
Janice Genevieve Peterson, the daughter of Floyd and Mary (Mitchell) Fast, was born on Nov. 14, 1929, near Morton’s Mill.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Stanley; son, Craig Peterson; and one great-grandchild.
Janice is survived by her two daughters, Vickie Wolfe of Villisca, and Cindy Beeson of Red Oak; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Mamre Cemetery, Stanton. Inurnment will be in the Mamre Cemetery, Stanton.
Memorials are suggested to the Stanton Fire & Rescue Department.
