Iowa Funeral Directors Association honors Governor Ron DeMarce

The Iowa Funeral Directors Association proudly recognizes and extends its sincere gratitude to outgoing member of its Board of Governors, Ron DeMarce of Red Oak for his dedicated service and leadership to the association and the funeral profession across Iowa from 1989-92 and again from 2018-26 as District 4 Governor.
Serving on the IFDA Board of Governors requires a significant commitment of time, insight, and responsibility. DeMarce has offered guidance, made difficult decisions, and helped to shape the strategic direction of the association. His leadership as District 4 Governor has played a vital role in strengthening IFDA’s mission of promoting and supporting funeral service excellence.
Throughout DeMarce’s tenure, he has remained a steadfast advocate for funeral professionals, working to advance education, support legislative efforts, and enhance the value IFDA provides to its members. His contributions have helped position the association for continued growth and success in an evolving profession.

The Iowa Funeral Directors Association represents over 650 licensed funeral directors and 300 funeral home establishments across Iowa.
