Griswold girls, boys runners-up at Stanton/Griswold Co-ed Relays

The Griswold girls and boys both placed second at the Stanton/Griswold Co-ed Relays in Griswold last Tuesday.
Riverside swept the team titles. The girls tallied 158 points to Griswold’s 140 while on the boys side, Griswold was second to the Bulldog boys, 227 to 99.
Carsyn Adams won gold in the 100-meter hurdles, the 400-meter hurdles and the 400-meters and as a part of the Griswold girls’ shuttle hurdle relay team.
Alexa Steinhoff (800), Ella Gade (shot and discus) and the Tigers’ distance medley also won gold.
On the boys side, Wyatt Silk grabbed gold in the 110-meter hurdles and R.J. Dishong in the in the discus. The Tigers’ shuttle hurdle relay also captured gold.
