Cowgirls edge Wolverines, 16-15

Sidney edged East Mills 16-15 in Corner Conference baseball in Sidney Friday.
Bridget Kromminga and Ashlyn Hayes led Sidney with three hits each.
Isabella Blanton had two hits and two RBIs and Cloe Brown singled and drove in three runs.
Caitlyn Crouse took the loss for East Mills after allowing 10 hits and six earned runs in 5 1/3 innings of work.

East Mills 20,
Hamburg 0
East Mills scored 16 runs in the bottom of the first and cruised to a 20-0, three inning victory over Hamburg in Corner Conference softball last Monday.
Caitlyn Crouse led the way for East Mills with two hits and two runs.
Cloe Brown did not allow a hit and struck out four in the victory.

Fremont-Mills pounded 13 hits and got a three-inning hitter from pitcher Saige Mitchell in a 15-3 win over East Mills last Monday.
Mitchell struck out two and did not walk a batter in the victory.
Adelynn Billingsley went 2-for-3 and drove in three runs, and Reese Gute had two hits and drove in a run. Mitchell helped her own cause at the plate with two hits and two runs scored.
