Clara Elizabeth Petty was born on Aug. 20, 2010, at 12:50 p.m. at Manchester Regional Hospital. She weighed six pounds 15 ounces and was measured at 19 3/4 inches long.
Parents are Scott and Julie Petty from Spirit Lake. Clara is welcomed home by big brother five year old Caden. Grandparents are Steve and Susan Petty from Clarinda, formerly of Elliott. Grandparents are the late Max and Margene Petty of Elliott and the late Calvin and Phyllis Veseen of Stanton.
