On Monday, July 19, a Red Oak man was taken in custody on sexual abuse charges out of Nodaway County, Missouri.
A hazardous waste cleanup day is planned for area residents from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 7.
Bubble Day was held at the Red Oak Public Library Wednesday, July 21. This was the final library party for the summer, complete with a professional bubble maker. The event was well attended.
