All city buildings closed in Emerson

All city buildings are closed to the public in Emerson. Residents are asked to use the drop box, e-mail city hall, or call city hall, and can leave a message if no one answers. City employees are still working and city hall staff will check the drop box, e-mails and phone. If anyone wishes to get a book from the library they may call 824-7867 or contact the librarian. Book requests will be filled to the best extent possible through the vestibule to avoid unnecessary interaction.
