Thanks to the Veterans

Montgomery County was busy with salutes to those who served during Veterans Day 2016. Members of the Red Oak High School Choir sing an arrangement during the ceremony at the high school Friday. Red Oak also had a service at the middle school. Each featured Col. Greg Hapgood of the Iowa National Guard. In the second photo, Gerald Palmquist participates in the retiring of colors with the American Legion Color Guard during the program at Stanton.
