To the Editor:
I just wanted to take a few minutes to express my appreciation to our community.
The Southwest Iowa Free Medical Clinic opened its doors in December 2013. It operates strictly on grants and donations from the community. Without the support of our community we would not be able to provide for our neighbors in need on Tuesday evenings. The clinic is here to care for all uninsured in our area with volunteer providers and staff.
I am proud to be part of such a caring community.
