Red Oak’s Kling brings home gold
Red Oak boys opened the varsity track season in Glenwood on Monday, April 4, at the Rams Relay, returning home with two golds. Jack Kling won the open 400m, and the sprint medley relay team also eked out a victory.
“We saw great effort tonight winning the sprint medley relay and placing second in the distance medley relay,” Red Oak head boys track coach Sueann French said. “Jack Kling winning the 400 was a huge accomplishment. We have a lot of areas to improve on, which is expected at the beginning of the season.”
