Sports Calendar: June 30

It's the last day of June and the summer season heats up as the postseason draws closer.

Both Red Oak teams will be in action Tuesday when they're on the road to play Creston. There was a change in the start time. The varsity baseball and softball teams will play first at 5:30 p.m. The JV teams will play at 7:30 p.m.

In Corner Conference action, the Stanton softball team hits the road to play Thomas Jefferson. Varsity will play first at 6 p.m.

The Essex softball team will be home for a JV/varsity doubleheader against Griswold. The games start at 6 p.m.

The East Mills baseball team will play a make-up game Tuesday evening at home versus Sidney. The doubleheader starts at 5:30 p.m.

Southwest Valley will be home Tuesday evening for a JV/varsity doubleheader in softball and baseball against Nodaway Valley. The doubleheader starts at 6 p.m.
