Sports Calendar: April 28

It's another busy day of sports action around the area. There's no shortage of activities for Tuesday.

There are a couple of track meets on the calendar. The Red Oak boys track team will be back in action Tuesday when they travel down to Mount Ayr for an invitational. Southwest Valley is also scheduled to compete. The meet will start at 5 p.m.

Another area track meet takes place in Audubon as both Griswold track teams are scheduled to compete. The meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

The only other track meet takes place at AHST. East Mills will be competing ast he meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

In tennis, the Red Oak teams get back to action Tuesday as the girls are home and the boys are on the road. It will be Red Oak versus Clarinda as the meets start at 4:30 p.m.

The other tennis meet features the Southwest Valley girls team taking on Clarke. The meet starts at 4:30 p.m. at Clarke High School in Osceola.

In golf, the Red Oak teams split up as the girls are home and the boys are on the road. They take on Clarinda as the meet starts at 4:30 p.m.

The Southwest Valley golf teams will be on the road as they head to Mount Ayr. It starts at 4 p.m.

Finally, the East Mills golf teams will be home at 4 p.m. to host SWI and Heartland Christian.
