ROPD nabs man wanted in Colorado

The Red Oak Police Department arrested a man who was wanted in Colorado.
According to a press release, on Sept. 13 the department was notified by the Denver Police Department of an alleged fugitive residing in the Red Oak area. Upon investigation, Jacoby Tyrell Tubbs was arrested in the 1600 block of East Summit Street. He was held on a fugitive from justice charge in Iowa, pending extradition to Colorado for two felony warrants – one for sexual assault with force and one for sexual assault aid and abetting by another.
He was held pending an extradition hearing before the magistrate.
