Red Oak students performing “Out of the Frying Pan”

The Red Oak High School drama department will present “Out of the Frying Pan” by Francis Swann with special permission from Samuel French.

This comedy focuses on three young men and three young women who aspire to be actors. The six share an apartment above a Broadway producer, whom they are trying to convince to see their play. Things never go as planned, as this hilarious comedy proves.

The following students bring their talents to the stage:

George - Geoff Sellers, Mrs. Garnet - Maggie Bennett, Norman - Travis Schon, Muriel - Angelica Cerda, Kate - Bevin Griffen, Marge - Dani Gilliland, Tony - Brad Black, Dottie - Eva Woods, Mr. Coburn - Jared Sherman, Mr. Kenny - Donnie Torbett, 1st Cop (Mac) - Nathan Guffey and 2nd Cop (Joe) - Nick Carlson

The performances will be Friday Nov. 2 at 7 p.m., Saturday Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. and Sunday Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. in the high school auditorium.  Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the high school office or the box office the night of performance.
