Red Oak police make multiple arrests
The Red Oak Police Department reports three arrests stemming from two recent incidents in the city.
On Aug. 27, authorities arrested Amy Pearl Hunter, 34, of Red Oak, and Kyle Anthony Zeiger, 35, of Red Oak. Both were arrested on a charge of second degree burglary, a Class C felony.
Hunter and Zeigler were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held on $10,000 bond each.
On Aug. 29 at around 4 a.m., officers responded to a report pf suspicious males in a vehicle in the 1800 block of E. Summit St.
Upon arrival, and after further investigation, authorities arrested Lee Altmanshofer, 33, of Fremont, Neb., on charges of possession with intent to deliver, a Class B felony, and a drug tax stamp violation, a Class D felony.
Altmanshofer was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and held without bond. The Red Oak Police Department was assisted at the scene by Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies, and Montgomery County Sheriff’s K-9 Rex.
