Red Oak man arrested for 1st degree arson

Stephen Ray Adams, 37, of Red Oak, was arrested by officers with the Red Oak Police Department around 12:44 on Nov. 16 for first degree arson, a Class B felony.
He was transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center and is being held on $25,000 bond.
