Red Oak library receives donation

P.E.O. HB donated the children’s book, “The Girl Who Reached For The Stars” to the Red Oak Library in memory of Lori Portz, HB member. This warm moving story shows that the act of reaching for a star is just as fulfilling as catching one. P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization where women celebrate the advancement of women; educate women through scholarships, grants, awards, loans, and stewardship of Cottey College; and motivate women to achieve their highest aspirations.
