ACCIDENTS

• On Aug. 8 at 4:50 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies investigated an injury accident in northwest Montgomery County. Kirk Baird, 61, rural Red Oak, operating a 1950 International Farmall “M” tractor, was spraying weeds on a field terrace northwest of 110th Street and E Avenue when the tractor rolled and came to rest on its top. Baird had injuries to his chest area and was transported to Montgomery County Memorial Hospital by private transportation.
