ACCIDENTS
• On Dec. 21, at 11 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a single-vehicle accident at the 32-mile marker of Highway 34. Dillon Taylor, 23, Clarinda, was operating a 2003 Honda dirt bike when the accident occurred. The accident is still under investigation.
• On Dec. 20, at 5 p.m., Red Oak Police officers investigated a hit and run accident on Washington Ave. An unknown person backed into a legally parked 2011 Dodge Journey owned by Carolyn King, Red Oak, sometime between 2 and 5 pm. Damage to the King vehicle was about $1,500.
