• Filed May 15, Robert Surrell, 38, Corning, violation of no contact order, $300 bond.

• Filed May 17, juvenile male, Villisca, OWI first offense, possession of alcohol as a minor, failure to maintain control, cited into juvenile court.

Accidents

• On May 16, at 9:14 p.m., Red Oak Police officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of North 4th Street and Alix Avenue. Danielle Perez, 27, Red Oak, driving a 2012 Nissan Altima owned by Bradley Nowlin of Red Oak, was traveling south on 4th Street. Patrick Maynes, 18, Red Oak, driving a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado K2500 pickup, was traveling east on Alix Avenue, when his vehicle struck the rear corner of the Perez vehicle. Damage to the Perez vehicle is about $1,500, and damage to the Maynes vehicle is about $50. No citations were issued.
