Hollen’s vehicle had stopped at the red light at the Cherry Street intersection, and according to the report, the vehicle in front of hers was turning right on the red light. Wilcoxon thought both cars were turning, and when she realized they were not, her vehicle was too close to stop before hitting the Hollen vehicle. Damage to the Hollen vehicle was about $2,000, and damage to the Wilcoxon vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Wilcoxon was cited for following too closely and for failure to provide proof of financial liability.
