ACCIDENT
• On May 3, at 8:22 a.m., Red Oak Police officers investigated a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Market Street and 2nd Street. Karl Renander, 28, Red Oak, driving a 2010 Ford F150 pick-up, was traveling west on Market Street and was stopped at the stop sign. Gregory Harrold, 27, Red Oak, driving a 2005 Honda VT750 C motorcycle, was traveling north on 2nd Street and approaching the intersection. According to the report, the Renander vehicle pulled into the intersection and into the path of the motorcycle. Harrold was transported to Montgomery County Memorial Hospital by Red Oak Rescue for treatment of possible injuries. Renander was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and yield right of way.
