ACCIDENTS

• On March 27, at 5:27 p.m., Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a two-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of East Summit Street. Christian Terry, 19, driving a 1985 Chevrolet Blazer, was backing out of a private drive when his vehicle struck a 2015 Toyota Tundra driven by Roger Shaw, 70, Red Oak, which was traveling east on Summit St. Damage is about $500 for the Terry vehicle at $12,000 for the Shaw vehicle. Terry was cited for failure to yield upon entering a through highway.
