According to Carl, nothing that would be useful to anyone was saved on the hard drive. Damage to the window was estimated at $400. While officers were on scene, they were approached by Matthew Janssen of Wellsburg, who reported his 2016 Ford F15 pick-up was parked next to Carl and during that same time frame a blue tie-down valued at $10 was cut and a Stanley roll-away toolbox and miscellaneous items valued at about $135 were taken. There was no damage to the pick-up.
