Yvonnie Gord, 51

Yvonnie Johnson Gord, 51, Dakota City, passed away Monday evening, July 17, 2023, at Accura HealthCare of Pomeroy.
She was born July 25, 1971, in Omaha, Neb., the daughter of Carl and Jolene (Platt) Goettsche.   
Yvonnie is survived by her husband Steve of Dakota City; her children, Andrea August of Mountain Lake, Minn.; Valerie Anglese of Crystal, Minn.; Alexander Gord and Maxwell Gord, both of Fort Dodge; Ashlie Schooling of Humboldt; and Cody Gord of Fort Dodge; three grandchildren, Hazel, Abby and Harrison; and father, Allan Johnson of Stanton.  
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jolene.
Services were Monday, July 24 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt.  The Mason-Lindhart Funeral & Cremation Service is in charge of the arrangements.
