William Webb, 31

William Lee Webb, 31, West Des Moines, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2022, at home.

William graduated from Valley High School in Des Moines in 2009. He then attended Southern New Hampshire University where he received his B.A. in Marketing and Political Science. He was employed by the Republican National Committee in Des Moines.  

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Kent Webb and Harrold Annett; and uncle, Michael Smith.

Survivors include his parents, Robert and Jennifer (Webb) Ruble; grandparents, Deborah “DOJI” Annett, Jean Webb, Leland and Cheryl Ruble, and Bill and Debi Roberts; aunts and uncles, Toby (Janice) Lawless, Tim (Brenda) Annett, Todd (Amy) Annett, Jason (Colleen) Webb, Jaimi Webb, Emily Annett, Michael Annett, Lisa Zimmerman, Eric Jones, Melissa Webb, Michael (Alison) Webb, Christy Ruble, Julie (Kraig) Daugherty, Kimber (Dan) Walsted, and Melanie (Chad) Buchanan, Chrissy Greco, Charity (Kris) Klop and numerous cousins and friends. 

Funeral Mass was held Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in West Des Moines. Memorial contributions may be given to the Animal Rescue League in his name.
