Rachel Anne Darby, 89, passed away on June 19, 2024, at Methodist Jennie Edmundson hospital.
Rachel was born to John and Norma (Crawford) Niday on May 7, 1935.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Norma Niday; her husband, Dean Darby; and her son, David Darby.
She is survived by her son, Mark; her daughter, Pamela; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A private family graveside celebration of life service will be held at the Hastings Cemetery.
Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
