Phyllis Alexander, 68, of Malvern, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Society in Red Oak.
Phyllis was born on July 2, 1957, in Council Bluffs to Donald and Mildred (Mils) Johnson.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Mike Alexander of Malvern; and son, Travis Alexander of Malvern.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Malvern. Burial was in the East Liberty Cemetery, rural Malvern. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Malvern is caring for Phyllis and her family.
