Jewel Wegs, R.N., M.S.N., A.O.C.N., 85

Jewel Marie (Peterson) Wegs, R.N., M.S.N., A.O.C.N., was born July 1, 1940, to Carl and Hattie Peterson on a farm outside of Red Oak. She passed away on May 29, 2025.
She is survived by a family who treasured her, including her husband, Tom; her children, Christina, Sara, and Tommy; and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held July 25, at 1 p.m., at the Miller Center at Montview Church, 1980 Dahlia St., Denver, Colo. The event will also be livestreamed at the following link: https://youtube.com/live/ijuryJtpLwM?feature=share
