Jerry Dean Gage, 77, passed away on Aug. 21, 2024, at the Indianola Good Samaritan Home in Indianola.
Jerry Gage was born Dec. 28, 1946, in Council Bluffs.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas Gage, Jr. and Opal Irene Gage; his wife, Eleanor Yvonne Gage; stepdaughter, Denise Newton; two granddaughters; and one great-grandson.
He is survived by his stepdaughters, Kristy Penick of Ellston and Tina Barton of Des Moines; stepsons, Brett Grimm of Osceola, Scott Grimm of Des Moines, and Kirk Grimm of Osceola; stepdaughter, Kara Sims of Truro; 36 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; daughters, Teresa Gliddon of Overton Nev.; Tara Bratrsovsky of Simla, Colo.; Tonya Rehmeyer of Cromwell; and Tiffany Bailey of Des Moines; and son, Tyler Gage of Kent.
Services will be held at Kale Funeral Home in Osceola on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024, at 10:30 a.m., with Pastor Chuck DeVos officiating. A live stream will be available on Jerry’s tribute wall at kalefuneralhome.com beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Interment will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Osceola.
