Red Oak BB falls to Harlan

Harlan knocked off Red Oak 79-21 in Hawkeye 10 Conference girls basketball Friday in Red Oak.
The Cyclones jumped out to a 44-16 lead at the half in the win.
Brinley Van Baale scored 21 points to lead Harlan. Kenzley Bruck and Taylor Heese added 13 points each.

Red Oak downed Stanton 44-15 in non-conference girls basketball last Monday in Red Oak.
“This was a great team win,” said Red Oak coach Carter Bruce. “All of our girls contributed, and every single player scored. The growth and progress of this group has been exciting to watch, but we also know there’s more work to be done. Our team remains focused and motivated to continue pushing forward throughout the season.”
Emily Sebeniecher and Ellison Johnson scored eight points each to lead Red Oak.
Piper French paced Stanton with five points.
