Play the football contest

The Red Oak Express is launching its first football contest. 

The idea is for readers to pick the winners of the 12 games in the contest and submit an entry by the 5 p.m. Friday deadline each week. People may submit entries in person, via mail, or online at redoakexpress.com. The contest and rules can be found on Page 4B of today’s edition. The contest will run for 13 weeks.

The first-place winner will receive $15 in Express Bucks, which can be used only at the sponsors of the contest. The second-place winner gets $10 and the third-place winner gets $5. Winners will be notified by telephone and noted on the contest page each week.
