ACCIDENTS
- On March 23 at about 4:58 p.m., Red Oak Police officers investigated an accident in the vicinity of 6th and Elm Streets. Teanna Pafford, 18, Red Oak, driving a 2001 Mitsubishi, was traveling west and was unable to see the 1999 Oldsmobile Alero driven by Danielle Gilliland, 19, Red Oak, which was traveling south. Pafford struck Gilliland’s vehicle, causing it to strike a power pole, which had no damage. Pafford’s vehicle sustained $2,000 damage and damage to Gilliland’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000. Pafford was cited for failure to yield to vehicle on the right.
