Silvius, Bills, and Fridolph sworn into office

Newly-elected Red Oak Mayor Shawnna Silvius, Ward 2 Councilman Brian Bills, and Councilman At-Large Tim Fridolph were sworn into office during a special ceremony held at Red Oak City Hall on Dec. 6.
