Red Oak Publications adding digital advertising sales
You spoke. We listened.
Beginning today, The Red Oak Express is offering digital advertising in addition to its print services.
Recently Red Oak Express General Manager Tess Nelson, regional manager Josh Byers and sales representative Beth Steeve, completed an extensive two-day training session with Think Tank Media officials about digital advertising.
To start, digital advertising is not about placing an ad on the newspaper’s website.
Digital advertising is a revolutionary way of advertising a business or organization utilizing current technology.
“Have you ever wondered how ads find your phone after you search for a product?” asked Byers. “We’ll be using that same technology to place our local advertisers in those positions. As well, we can put your ad on major national web sites like ESPN.”
Studies have shown the most effective marketing campaigns use a combination of print ads and digital advertising. When you combine print and digital advertising, Nelson said, you’ll cover all of your marketing bases and deliver a more integrated advertising strategy.
“Our hearts and roots are in print. This is an additional way to help business owners grow and succeed, and when businesses in southwest Iowa succeed, we all succeed,” added Nelson.
Through the relationship with Think Tank Media, Red Oak Publications is now able to offer:
