Red Oak Rehab and Care Center recently held a discussion with State Rep. Tom Moore and State Sen. Tom Shipley on the current issues facing nursing homes in Iowa. Topics included funding, cost of care and nursing agencies, COVID-19 issues, insurance companies and managed Medicare, and suggestions on what the legislature could do to help.
