Franken stumps in RO

Retired Admiral Mike Franken paid a visit to Red Oak on Jan. 27. Franken is a candidate for the United States Senate, and is currently running for the Democratic nomination against incumbent Republican Sen. Charles Grassley. Franken made a stop at the Firehouse Restaurant in Red Oak to speak with potential voters ahead of the election, and share his reasons for running and his goals should he earn the Democratic nomination and win the election.
