Foote recognized for outstanding service

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is praising telecommunicator Shari Foote for receiving  a certificate of outstanding service to the profession of public safety communications from the Iowa Chapter of Associated Public Safety Communications Office at the spring conference in Des Moines,. Foote was nominated after receiving a 911 call where she was instrumental in directing an expectant mother through child birth.
