Mae E. Showalter, 93

Mae E. Showalter, 93, of Kearney, Mo., passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011, at Excelsior Springs Convalescence Center.  

Mae was born to Harrison Petty and Ollie Givan Petty Sept. 14, 1917, in Elliott.

Mae is survived by her daughter, Ann DeWitt, of Kearney; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services took place at 2 p.m., Monday, July 18, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.

Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
