Lutheran church to host Scandanavian Coffee

RED OAK — Bethlehem Lutheran Church will host the Scandinavian Coffee Party on Saturday, Nov. 22.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the church, 1101 Summit St.
During the coffee, a “Scandinavian” hostess will serve seven kinds of sweets with coffee. Church women have also baked treats.
The cost of the event is a free-will donation.
In addition to coffee and snacks, there will be a craft sale, featuring holiday gift ideas.
In other Bethlehem Lutheran Church activities:
• Bible study takes place at 9 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 20.
• Worship services are set for 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22,10:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, and 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 25.
• Sunday school classes are at 9 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, followed by choir at 9:45 a.m. and youth group at 11:30 a.m.
• Sewing Day begins at 9 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24.
