Littered with irony

Red Oak Rotary Club members Richard Trinity, Mark McCaffrey and Chris Amos were among those recently working the club’s Iowa DOT roadside clean-up. Besides the litter they collected, ironically, they found lying in the ditch a sign warning motorists of the costs of littering.
