LeRoy J. Magneson, 82

LeRoy J. Magneson, 82, of Omaha, Neb. formerly of Council Bluffs, passed away Jan. 25, 2011, at the Mont Clair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Omaha.  
LeRoy James Magneson was born Sept. 1, 1928, in Stanton, the son of Clarence and Doris “Marie” (Herron) Magneson. He married Patricia Carlson on Dec. 7, 1957.    
Survivors include his daughters: Mikki Demulling of Omaha, and Terri Day of Omaha; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; brother: C. Donovan Magneson of Red Oak; sisters: Dorothy Johnson of Emerson and Karen Johnson of Bolivar, Mo.
Funeral services were held Jan. 28, at the Our Savior Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs, with Rev. Yvonne Marshall officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery in Red Oak.  Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
